Reiki means universal life force energy. All forms are imbued with this energy. When one is ill or stressed, the amount of energy being used to sustain health is depleted in the body. During a reiki treatment, you will lie on a treatment table and the practitioner will place their hands on various areas of your body, channeling this life force energy to allow you to draw it in. You may experience reiki as heat or cold, or a tingling sensation, and will typically feel very relaxed during a treatment and energized afterwards.

The human body is filled with and surrounded by a dynamic energy system. The electromagnetic field of energy that surrounds the body is referred to as the auric field, aura or etheric body. It is made up of the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Throughout the body are axiatonal energy lines, also known as meridians or acupuncture lines. These lines supply our physical bodies with subtle and vital energy. Axiatonal alignment opens up blocked energy channels and helps you to reconnect to Source. During the treatment, you will lie face up on a treatment table and the practitioner will make three passes down your body. With each pass, the practitioner will lightly touch you at specific points on your body, tracing out the forms of sacred geometry. The resulting experience may be one of deep relaxation, increased focus and clarity, improved concentration, a sense of balance and harmony and synchronicity with all that surrounds you.
Yoga nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously - complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. Yoga nidra means yogic sleep. It is a state of conscious deep sleep, yet you remain awake. And in this state, your mind is very receptive. Yoga nidra is not the process to get to this receptive state, it’s what we do in this state. We use it to consciously create, to transform, to manifest. This is done through a sankalpa, which translates to resolve, or you can think of it as your heartfelt prayer – a determination to become something or do something in your life. It’s a powerful way to cleanse unhealthy habits and awaken your greater potential. During yoga nidra your sankalpa is planted in your subconscious and will continue to manifest at a conscious level after yoga nidra is done.

Thai Massage - coming soon!
Sometimes described as “passive yoga”, Thai Massage blends three key healing modalities: acupressure, yoga and meditation, stimulating the nervous system, blood flow and relaxation response while simultaneously relaxing the mind and body. It is an ancient and dynamic bodywork therapy in which the practitioner skillfully places the client into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches, while applying compression techniques by palm, thumb, elbow or feet linked through slow, mindful movement. Clients wear loose and comfortable clothing and the massage is performed on comfortable floor mats. Each session is designed to meet specific client needs, ranging from a relaxing, passive, slow palm massage for stress reduction to energizing, deep work using elbows and knees to apply stronger presses, accompanied by stretching, tractions and twists. By restoring the flow of energy through the body, Thai Massage can increase flexibility, range of motion, athletic performance, mental clarity and energy levels. Most clients immediately feel more physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually balanced following a treatment.
